I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop. Since upgrading from Vista to Windows 7, my display keeps dimming, no matter how I set the display options on the Windows 7 power plan.
It dims after a few minutes usage and every time the display turns off or when the
computer reboots. Needless to say it is annoying to constantly have to go to Display and readjust the brightness. Does anyone know of a fix? Wishing I'd stayed with Vista, which in spite of everything I heard to the contrary, worked like a dream for me
1. Download SmartPCFixer . Install it on your computer. Click Scan, and it will perform a scan for your computer. The junk files will be shown in the scan result.
2. After the scan is done, you can see the errors and problems which need to be repaired.
3. When the Fixing part is done, your computer has been speeded up and the errors have been fixed
